Mr. S. MAHMOOD ABBAS, ADVOCATE
Mr. Abbas, is Senior Partner of Counsel’s Co. He did his Bachelors in Commerce (B. Com), and Bachelors in Law (LL.B) from University of Karachi, Pakistan. Mr. Abbas, joined the profession of law in the year 1993, after obtaining enrolment with Sindh Bar Council. He was enrolled as Advocate High Courts in the year 1996.
Mr. Abbas, proudly possess more than Seventeen (17) years experience of advisory & research of legal work in chamber and pleadings in the various Courts & Tribunals including Hon’ble High Court of Sindh. Specialty in Litigations, Arbitration, Income Tax & Sales Tax Cases, Foreign Recoveries and matters pertaining to the Civil, Commercial, Corporate, Constitutional, Financial, Banking, Rent, Family, & Other General & Special laws as Advocate High Courts.
Mr. Abbas, was elected as Member Managing Committee, Sindh High Court Bar Association, for the year 2009 – 2010.

Mr. Athar, is associated with Counsel’s Co since the year 2002. He did his Bachelors in Arts (B.A), and Bachelors in Law (LL.B) from University of Karachi. He joined the profession of law in the year 2002, after obtaining enrolment with Sindh Bar Council.
Mr. Athar, is expert in advisory and pleadings of Financial & Banking Cases, Criminal Litigations including Anti Terrorism, Narcotics Cases, as well as offences relating to banking in the various Tribunals and Courts of law.
Mr. NADEEM MEMON, ADVOCATE
Mr. Nadeem, is associated with Counsel’s Co since the year 2006. He did his Bachelors in Arts (B.A), and Bachelors in Law (LL.B) from University of Karachi. He joined the profession of law in the year 2007, after obtaining enrolment with Sindh Bar Council prior to that he was working with the district judiciary.
Mr. Nadeem is expert in advisory and pleadings of cases pertaining to the Financial & Banking Cases, Criminal Bail matters, Civil, Rent, and Family Litigations, as well as offences relating to banking in the various Tribunals and Courts of law.
Mr. ALI MUHAMMAD, ADVOCATE
Mr. Ali, is associated with Counsel’s Co since the year 2002. He did his Bachelors in Commerce (B.Com), and Bachelors in Law (LL.B) from University of Karachi. He joined the profession of law in the year 2002, after obtaining enrolment with Sindh Bar Council.
Mr. Ali, is expert in advisory and pleadings of Press & Publication, Trade Marks & Patents, and cases pertaining to the Civil, Rent, and Family Litigations in the various Courts & Tribunals.
Mr. M. SIDDIQ MEMON, ADVOCATE
Mr. Siddiq, is associated with Counsel’s Co since the year 2007. He did his Bachelors in Law (LL.B) from University of Karachi and Masters in Business Administration (M.B.A) from SZABIST. He joined the profession of law in the year 2005, after obtaining enrolment with Sindh Bar Council. Mr. Siddiq, is assisting the firm’s partners with his legal knowledge and business skills.
Mr. S. AMIR HUSSAIN, ADMINISTRATOR
Mr. Amir is a responsible Administrator. He is successfully managing the firm’s business administration and client services department. He holds a Bachelor Degree with previous banking experience. He is also doing his LL.B. Degree Course.
