Local & Foriegn Debt Recovery
Counsel’s Co, is also dealing in the field of local and foreign debt recovery. The services are on a no collection, no fee basis. However we just charge a small sum of US$250.00 towards processing fees and handling charges per case in advance, which is too subject to adjustment towards final payment at the time of remittance of debts to our valued customers. We charge a reasonable rate of commission only on the money successfully recovered. Special rates are negotiable for our regular clients or on high volume of recovery.
We are good at negotiation out side the Courts through effective dispute resolution process (EDR) including counseling, negotiation, arbitration, etc, however we are equally good at recovery of debts through litigation in Courts. We keep in touch with our valued clients through out the process of recovery activities and communicate its current its status through e-mails promptly.
We can also give expert advices to our valued clients while they intend to enter into contracts with their clients based in Pakistan. Pre-Litigation: 25%
Post Litigation: 30% (Excluding Court Fees, Legal Costs, etc).
Claims Not Acceptable For Collection
- Claims under US$500.00.
- Claims without a current address of debtors.
- Claims with no supporting legal documentation.
